JUTMUS is a white, semi-dry wine with an aroma of fresh mint and blackcurrant leaves. Pairs with white meat, blue cheese and fish.

HIBERNAL is a white semi-sweet wine, with primary aromas and flavours of green apple, lemon, lime and flowers. Serve with white meat, fish and desserts.

SOLARIS is a white semi-sweet wine with aromas of citrus, apple and pear.

REGENT is a red dry wine with aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, and dried plum.

RONDO is a red dry wine with aromas of forest fruit (blackberry, billberry) and cherry.

VIDAL BLANC (wino lodowe) is an exceptionally sweet, fragrant and extractive wine with a noticeable hint of honey and candied fruit. Its unique flavour and character is owed to the unusual circumstances in which it was created: the grapes were harvested frozen during the first frosts of autumn and winter, when temperatures fell below -7°C. Time was of the essence – to prevent the grapes from thawing, they had to be pressed early in the morning, before the sunrise. Thanks to high concentration of sugar and the richness and intensity of its aroma, ice wine pairs perfectly with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit salad, walnuts, desserts, and sorbets.
